Terms of Use

By accessing or using Leon Springs BC Marketplace, you agree to these sample Terms of Use and our Community Use Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

The marketplace is limited to active members of Leon Springs Baptist Church and their families. You must request an account and be approved by church administrators before posting or contacting other members.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent to participate.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify a marketplace administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Leon Springs BC Marketplace is a community bulletin board. We do not process payments, hold funds, guarantee transactions, or verify the quality of items or services.

• All transactions, payments, and exchanges are arranged directly between members.
• Use good judgment when meeting to exchange goods or services. Choose safe, public locations when possible.
• The church and marketplace administrators are not parties to any transaction and are not liable for disputes, losses, or injuries.

To keep the marketplace safe and aligned with our values, the following are not allowed:

• Illegal items, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or content that demeans any person or group.
• Fraud, scams, counterfeit goods, or misleading pricing.
• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to sell or share.
• Multi-level marketing, solicitation, or commercial advertising outside the church family.
• Medical, legal, or financial advice that requires a licensed professional.

• List only items or services you own or are authorized to offer.
• Use clear, accurate descriptions and current photos.
• Set fair, honest pricing and disclose any defects or limitations.
• Do not create duplicate listings or spam categories.

Administrators reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or decline any listing or account that violates these terms or the spirit of the community. Listings may also expire automatically after 90 days unless renewed by the owner.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, repeated complaints, or conduct that harms the community. You may also request account removal by contacting an administrator.

The marketplace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Leon Springs Baptist Church and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes means you accept the updated terms.
